In this role, you’ll act as both a technical expert and a strategic advisor: leading teams, guiding clients from ideation to implementation, and helping build intelligent systems that deliver measurable impact. You’ll bring deep expertise in end-to-end ML solution development and play a central role in shaping both product and delivery outcomes.
This is more than a hands-on role - it’s a leadership position for someone who’s excited about mentorship, thrives in dynamic environments, and wants to shape how real-world ML gets done. You’ll work closely with other ML Engineers, domain specialists, and stakeholders, engaging in everything from technical deep dives to high-level planning sessions.
What You’ll Do
- Mentor and support team members to succeed and grow
- Lead client engagements and advise on ML strategy and execution
- Translate real-world challenges into structured ML problems
- Drive experimentation, feature engineering, model design, and evaluation
- Help develop scalable pipelines and cloud-based infrastructure
- Ensure high technical standards and promote knowledge sharing
Requirements
Tech Stack
- Python (plus R and common ML libraries like scikit-learn)
- Cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Spark and distributed data frameworks
- SQL and relational databases
You’ll Bring
- MSc or PhD in a quantitative discipline
- 5+ years’ experience building and deploying ML solutions
- Strong foundations in software development and ML infrastructure
- Deep familiarity with ML algorithms and frameworks
- A passion for clean, production-ready code
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have
- Experience with product development from idea to MVP
- GenAI techniques (LLMs, multimodal models, etc.)
- DevOps experience: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
