You live near Eindhoven or within an hour's commute and enjoy collaborating with your colleagues to grow the Xebia Eindhoven office as one of the knowledge hubs of the Brainport region. And exciting news! We're moving to a new office in the heart of the city soon.The main role is an additional part-time responsibility alongside your regular work as a consultant.

As a Principal Machine Learning Engineer, you will work closely with the other Principal Consultants to lead the Eindhoven office and be a people manager committed to promoting the happiness, growth, and development of our fellow analytics engineers. In addition, help guide and set up innovative projects that ensure we remain the front-runner in the field of Machine Learning Engineering.

As a Principal Machine Learning Engineer Consultant, you are responsible for implementing the foundations of data-intensive systems. You develop enabling infrastructure to store, transform, and process data at scale and in the cloud. You ensure that data is stored safely and securely using the technology you see fit for the job. You also coach fellow Eindhoven colleagues, organize events (like Meetups), and promote the AI cell inside and outside of Xebia Data.
