Software Engineer

We’re seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to act as a key connector between engineering and the broader global developer network. In this role, you’ll help innovators succeed on our blockchain platform by offering technical guidance, producing high-quality educational materials, and building a thriving developer ecosystem. You’ll champion developer needs internally, gather feedback, and work to continually improve the overall developer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Developer Support & Representation: Work directly with builders to resolve technical challenges, enhance application performance, and share recommended best practices.
  • Educational Resources: Produce clear, practical materials such as code samples, walkthroughs, documentation, and blog content that make onboarding to the platform seamless.
  • Community Presence: Engage with developers in online spaces including Discord, Telegram, and GitHub to answer questions, share knowledge, and promote collaboration.
  • Advocacy & Feedback: Act as the voice of the developer community, gathering insights and passing them to the product and engineering teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ecosystem Expansion: Partner with projects and collaborators to grow the platform’s adoption within the blockchain industry.

Qualifications

  • Background in Developer Relations, developer support, protocol integrations, or software engineering within the crypto/web3 space.
  • Solid experience in smart contract development — minimum two years with Solidity; YUL or Vyper knowledge is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience with Ethereum clients (e.g., Geth) and related infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with developer tooling such as Foundry, Hardhat, and Web3 wallets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Proven track record of building and engaging with developer communities through platforms like Discord and Telegram.
