Introduction

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist / Data Engineer to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data management, statistical analysis, and machine learning.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for structured and unstructured data.
  • Build and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning, AI, and statistical techniques.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, software engineers, and data analysts to define requirements and deliver insights.
  • Implement and maintain data governance, data quality, and security best practices.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3–7 years’ experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Relevant certifications: AWS Data Analytics Specialty, Microsoft Azure Data Engineer, Google Professional Data Engineer, or similar.
