AdobeFirefly Enterprise group is building the next generation of scalable APIs and workflow solutions for Adobe’s enterprise customers.
Firefly Enterprise Video API team is looking for a passionate Machine Learning Engineer to enable and accelerate the Video APIs powered by pioneering machine learning models. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with ML researchers, product engineers, and infrastructure teams to take ML models from experimentation to full-scale deployment, bringing groundbreaking AI experiences to our users
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI backend services for video, building GPU‑optimized and highly efficient model pipelines.
- Translate research innovations and prototypes into scalable, reliable ML systems across Adobe’s cloud platforms.
- Optimize model and service performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and robustness through continuous monitoring and iteration.
- Enhance MLOps workflows, including CI/CD, model versioning, evaluation pipelines, and automated retraining systems.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, research, and infrastructure teams to define requirements and deliver high‑impact solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve, bringing the latest ML advancements into Adobe’s products—from cloud to on‑device optimizations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field; or B.Tech with strong, proven ML experience.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, model development, or large‑scale distributed systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Deep expertise in Generative Video AI, including diffusion, GAN, and transformer‑based models—especially in areas such as temporal consistency and multimodal generation.
- Solid understanding of model optimization, inference efficiency, GPU acceleration, and production ML integration.
- Demonstrated success delivering cloud‑scale, data‑driven products with broad customer adoption.
- Strong command of AI/ML fundamentals, frameworks, and modern toolchains.
- Excellent communication, technical leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization, driving alignment, and delivering results.
