Roles and Responsibilities:
AI Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership: Define and own the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities. Lead and govern a portfolio of AI products and initiatives, ensuring value realization and business impact. Partner with business stakeholders and functional DT teams to identify, prioritize, and scale AI use cases
Product Execution & Delivery: Oversee AI Product Owners responsible for managing end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, deployment to scaling. Ensure successful delivery of AI solutions through vendor partner teams and internal stakeholders. Drive agile product management practices tailored to AI/ML development.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with AI Architecture teams on scalable, enterprise-grade solution design, Data Science teams on model development and AI readiness, and IT and business leaders on integration and adoption. Act as the primary bridge between business strategy and technical execution.
Vendor & Partner Management: Lead engagement with external vendors and delivery partners. Ensure accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes.
AI Governance & Value Realization: Establish frameworks for AI product governance, prioritization, and performance tracking. Define KPIs and ensure measurable business outcomes from AI investments. Promote responsible AI practices and compliance standards.
Talent Development: Mentor, guide, and develop a high-performing team of AI product owners and portfolio managers and foster an environment that encourages professional growth, continuous learning, and innovation for the work force.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with significant people leadership experience.
Desired Characteristics:
12+ years of experience in product management, digital, or AI/analytics leadership roles
Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional product portfolios
Experience delivering AI/ML solutions at scale in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of AI product lifecycle, including data dependencies and model deployment
Demonstrated success managing global teams and external vendor partners
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and technical fluency
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to translate ambiguity into structured execution
Passion for building and mentoring high-performing teams
Results-driven with a focus on measurable business impact
Experience in industrial, energy, or asset-intensive industries
Familiarity with Generative AI, Computer Vision, and advanced analytics applications
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $152,600.00 and $254,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
