Smart Contract Engineer - Rust 

We’re looking for a Rust-savvy Smart Contract Engineer to help shape the core of our protocol. You’ll design, build, and optimize on-chain systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and own features end-to-end - from concept to mainnet deployment.


🟢 Main responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Rust-based smart contracts for Solana.
• Work with product, research, and engineering teams to design and ship protocol features.
• Ensure smart contracts are secure, scalable, and efficient.
• Build developer tools and SDKs to support internal and external builders.
• Take ownership of projects from research through deployment and maintenance.

🟢 Key requirements 

• 4 years professional software development experience.
• 1-3 years working with Rust and Web3 technologies.
• Experience shipping smart contracts that handle real funds.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and smart contract design.
• Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
• Passion for DeFi and on-chain innovation.

🟢 Bonus points 

• Solana, Anchor, or other Rust-based blockchain framework experience.
• Open-source contributions in DeFi or protocol projects.
• Knowledge of financial systems, derivatives, or risk logic.
• Startup or early-stage Web3 experience.
