Part-time AI Content Specialist

As we expand our portfolio, we are looking for an AI Content Specialist to support the development of a new MBA focused on Artificial Intelligence.

We are looking for a part-time specialist to support the development of a postgraduate program in Artificial Intelligence. This role is primarily focused on curriculum design and content creation, including the development of instructional text, video scripts, practical activities, and project-based assignments.

The ideal candidate combines strong knowledge of applied AI topics with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and well-structured learning materials for adult learners. This person will contribute both to the design of the learning experience and to the creation of high-quality content across the program.

• Write and develop learning content in Artificial Intelligence, including instructional text, lesson materials, video scripts, practical exercises, and project-based assignments.
• Translate AI concepts, tools, and workflows into clear, structured, and engaging learning experiences for adult learners.
• Contribute to the design of curriculum outlines, module structures, learning outcomes, and content recommendations.
• Review materials from our broader content library and learning portfolio to identify relevant inputs, references, and opportunities for improvement.
• Research AI trends, tools, and applications to help keep content current, practical, and aligned with market needs.
• Design hands-on learning components that connect AI concepts to real business and professional use cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Content, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between academic quality, learner value, and business priorities.
• Review and refine selected materials for clarity, coherence, relevance, and technical accuracy.

• Experience creating educational content, training materials, or structured learning experiences for adult learners.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and turn them into engaging learning materials, including practical activities, assessments, and project-based assignments.
• Experience contributing to curriculum design, instructional design, or learning experience design.
• Practical knowledge of applied AI topics, especially generative AI, LLMs, prompt design, AI-enabled workflows, agentic systems, automation, and real-world business applications of AI.
• Ability to research, evaluate, and synthesize fast-evolving AI tools, use cases, and trends into clear, relevant, and instructionally sound learning content.
• Strong research and synthesis skills.
• Understanding of current AI themes and their relevance to business, productivity, and professional development.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree and postgraduate qualification required. Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs, no-code/low-code automation tools, LLM evaluation, or related applied AI workflows is a plus.
