We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML with deep expertise in building AI -driven chatbot systems and end -to -end LLM -powered applications. In this role, you will architect and develop intelligent conversational experiences, work with LLM frameworks, and lead the design of scalable AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Design, develop, and deploy AI -powered chatbots and conversational interfaces using Python.
<\/span><\/li>- Architect and build AI/LLM -based systems leveraging frameworks like Langchain, LlamaIndex, etc.
<\/span><\/li>- Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for retrieval -augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
<\/span><\/li>- Integrate LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and fine -tune models for domain -specific tasks.
<\/span><\/li>- Lead POCs and drive end -to -end product development from ideation to production.
<\/span><\/li>- Collaborate with product, ML, and backend teams to deliver scalable AI applications.
<\/span><\/li>- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot distributed architectures.
<\/span><\/li>- Lead and mentor junior engineers in the AI technology stack.

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- 4+ years of industry experience with a strong focus on Python.
<\/span><\/li>- Proven experience in building and deploying AI/LLM -based products.
<\/span><\/li>- Familiarity with Langchain -style architectures and multi -agent workflows.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
<\/span><\/li>- Experience working with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
<\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of API design, microservices, and event -driven architecture.
<\/span><\/li>- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong communication and leadership skills.<\/span>

<\/div>Experience with fine -tuning LLMs or building custom NLP pipelines.
