We are a dynamic talent acquisition partner in the technology staffing sector, specializing in blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions. Our mission is to drive digital transformation by matching innovative organizations with top-tier blockchain expertise. This fully remote role supports clients across the United States, offering the freedom to work from anywhere and the chance to shape next-generation distributed ledger projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, gas-optimized smart contracts on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible networks using Solidity.
- Architect and build end-to-end blockchain solutions, including DApps, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721), and cross-chain interoperability.
- Collaborate with product owners and security teams to perform smart contract audits, code reviews, and vulnerability assessments.
- Integrate on-chain components with backend services via Web3.js/ethers.js, RESTful APIs, and decentralized storage (IPFS).
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of smart contracts using Truffle, Hardhat or similar frameworks.
- Stay current on emerging blockchain protocols, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic techniques; contribute to best-practice documentation.
