Blockchain Developer

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer with expertise in Solana development to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining smart contracts for our crypto token on the Solana blockchain, as well as integrating the token with our social app and game ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on Solana blockchain
  
• Create and maintain the token economy infrastructure, including tokenomics implementation
  
• Integrate the Solana token with our existing social media platform and game ecosystem
  
• Develop and implement blockchain transaction systems for in-app purchases, rewards, and transfers
  
• Ensure proper testing, security auditing, and optimization of smart contracts
  
• Work with frontend developers to create seamless wallet connection experiences
  
• Monitor blockchain performance and implement improvements as needed
  
• Stay current with the latest advancements in Solana and blockchain technology
  
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, with at least 1 year focusing on Solana
  
• Proficiency in Rust programming for Solana smart contract development
  
• Experience with Solana Program Library (SPL) tokens and Solana Web3.js
  
• Understanding of Solana's architecture, including its Proof of History (PoH) consensus mechanism
  
• Experience integrating blockchain functionality with web and mobile applications
  
• Knowledge of cryptographic principles and security best practices
  
• Familiarity with development tools such as Anchor, Solana CLI, and Phantom wallet integration
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex blockchain concepts
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with other blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.) for cross-chain functionality
  
• Background in game development or gamification systems
  
• Experience with DeFi protocols and NFT standards
  
• Understanding of tokenomics design principles
  
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
  
• Experience with building scalable backends using Node.js, Go, or similar technologies
