This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an AI Product Manager, Business Technology in United States.

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented AI Product Manager to own and scale enterprise AI tools across multiple business functions. In this role, you will define adoption strategies, build business cases, and ensure measurable impact from AI initiatives across the organization. You will partner closely with business leaders, IT, Security, and Legal teams to operationalize tools, drive efficiency gains, and foster a culture of AI adoption. This position offers the opportunity to influence workflows, implement enterprise-wide AI solutions, and create durable operational value in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong stakeholder management.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, adoption, and rollout of enterprise AI tools across non-R&D functions.
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise AI product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the highest ROI and measurable operational impact.
  • Evaluate, integrate, and optimize enterprise AI platforms, ensuring alignment with core business systems and workflows.
  • Partner with Security, Legal, and Business Technology teams to define governance, access, and licensing policies for AI tools.
  • Measure the impact of AI initiatives through adoption metrics, efficiency gains, and ROI analysis, adjusting strategy as needed.
  • Lead enablement, training, and communications to build AI literacy and activate internal champions across the organization.
  • Act as the voice of the user, collecting feedback, identifying new use cases, and driving continuous improvement of AI products.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences and supporting informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, technology implementation, or product management.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools and platforms (e.g., LLMs, workflow automation, ChatGPT, Gemini, Slack AI, Zoom AI, Claude).
  • Proven experience driving enterprise AI adoption and operational impact, not just experimentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate complex concepts for varied audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product strategy while executing detailed initiatives.
  • Preferred: experience in B2B SaaS, hardware/software solution environments, or AI center of excellence management.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual base salary ($131,197.50–$198,450)
  • Equity grants with ongoing refresh opportunities
  • Performance-based bonus/variable pay
  • Flexible, remote-friendly work model with access to offices as needed
  • Professional development stipend and career growth opportunities
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Generous parental leave and paid time off policies
