AI Engineer

Job Title: AI / LLM Engineer (Agentic AI Solutions)
Experience: 6–8 Years
We are looking for a highly skilled AI / LLM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in multiple AI tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and developing agentic AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), along with solid programming expertise in Python.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy agent-based AI solutions using LLMs (e.g., multi-agent workflows, autonomous decision systems)
Build and optimize applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Develop AI-powered automation solutions for enterprise use cases
Integrate AI models with enterprise systems via APIs and microservices
Work on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions
Stay updated with latest advancements in AI, GenAI, and agentic frameworks
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Python scripting
Experience with LLM frameworks such as:
LangChain / LlamaIndex
AutoGen / CrewAI / similar agentic frameworks
Knowledge of Generative AI concepts (RAG, embeddings, vector databases)
Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud integration
Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Exposure to AI governance, security, and responsible AI
Knowledge of data engineering / pipelines
Experience in fine-tuning models or working with open-source LLMs
Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
